Kyle was pivotal to the company's financial growth and played a critical hands-on role in managing the diverse real estate assets for Dallas Medical Holdings. This involved direct responsibility for all facets of their medical office portfolio, including acquisitions, sales, complex refinancing, and leasing negotiations (with tenants such as dentists, optometrists, and pharmacies), always prioritizing the financial objectives of the stakeholders. In 2016, Kyle co-founded Nexus Property Group and Paragon Property Co. alongside Mark. As a Co-Founder of Nexus Property Group, he was deeply involved in all operational and strategic aspects, from the identification and rigorous financial and physical due diligence of multi-family investment properties to raising over $1.5 million in equity. He managed high-net-worth investor relations, produced detailed offering memoranda, and brokered the purchase and sale of properties within their 193-unit apartment portfolio, consistently demonstrating a commitment to transparency and investor success. His role at Paragon Property Co. involved overseeing the practical day-to-day property management operations, including collecting over $1.3 million in annual rents and HOA dues, managing tenant and owner relations, and ensuring regulatory compliance, all while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and asset performance.
Critically for their current focus, Kyle has been actively involved with White Mountain Resources, a family-owned business operating nearly two dozen single-family residential properties since 2000.
